Pseudopotential for Rare earth element, Yb. |

- Dear OpenMX developer,
I would like to use OpenMX to conduct calculations for some Rare earth systems.
However, I find that the pseudopotential of Yb is not supplied.
I am writing to ask where I can find or generate such a pseudopotential because I find that QE supplies this pseudopotential.
In addition, I noticed that such a pseudopotential of Yb was supplied for an early version of OpenMX as PBE13.
I wonder if I can use it in the latest version of OpenMX.
