I am doing NEGF calculation in OpenMX. But,Error message occurs such as;

Is Input file responsible for this? Or is other than that responsible for this?

Hi,

If you encountered the error message in the beginning of your calculation,
I guess that this may be caused by memory shortage.

If the error appeared at the end of calculation, this may be due to a bug in
TRAN_Main_Analysis.c.

In fact I found that memory deallocation is improperly performed in TRAN_Main_Analysis.c.
After fixing the bug, I was able to complete the calculation. For your reference,
the dat and out files for my calculation are available at
