Dear Professor,

Sincerely
Sumit

My makefile looks as
mpicc = /opt/mpi/myrinet/mpichgm-pgi-1.2.7..15/bin/mpicc
CC = $(mpicc) -fast -I/opt/acml3.6.0/pgi64_int64/include -I/opt/fftw/3.1.2/pgi/include -Dbraswrap
LIB = -L/opt/acml3.6.0/pgi64_int64/lib -lacml -L/opt/fftw/3.1.2/pgi/lib -lfftw3 -L/opt/lapack/pgi/lib -llapack -static

and I am getting this error

I'm not sure if it helps (I don't use PGI compilers), but I've found that ACML library doesn't have C interface (that's why I had no luck compiling openmx using icc with acml).

The solution seems to be at PG forum here: http://www.pgroup.com/userforum/viewtopic.php?t=450

Good luck

Pawel

Hi,
I fixed this problem by linking the appropriate libg2c. and everything works fine
