optimization problem for amorphous SiO2

Dear Prof. Dr. Ozaki,

I tried to perform relaxation of large thin film amorphous SiO2 cell. I tried different MD methods, but all of them do not get converge optimization result.
My input file is shown in below. Could your give me some suggestion? Thank you very much.
