OpenMX 3.9 installation

Dear all,

I am trying to install OpenMX 3.9 using Intel parallel studio. I tried different config lines, however I still get errors. I followed the README.txt file for the patch file. The makefile is as following:

Hi,

Can you try `make all` instead of `make -j28 all`?
