I've been through the note of the implementation of transport : http://www.openmx-square.org/tech_notes/tech13-1_0/tech13-1_0.html However, I still wonder if Ug is included in the minority part of the Hartree potential when solving Eq.(34) or if it's considered as a fixed term in the Hamiltonian that is not solved self-consistently ?
