My Workstation restart just when the calculation start runing Date: 2021/06/07 19:44 Name: L.Bechohra Dear all, I just installed OpenMX3.8 on my workstation with 12 CPU and 62 GIO of memory. I obtained openmx excutable in work folder successfully. I tried the methane.dat calculation for example and it's done but when I tried to run the runtest example....>the workstation restart automaticly and I tried for other calculation like the band structure calculation of nanotube, and I got the same problem the workstation restart by itself. So what should I do to resolve this problem please? is it about MPI or OPENMPI? or any problem in the installation that I must check ? Thank you so much. Best regards. L.Bechohra.

The `-runtest` calculations are not so heavy. So, I recommend that you should ask the selling agency or visit some forum sites of your OS such as Ubuntu.
