I would like to know if the simulated STM images created by using OpenMX code are constant-height, constant-current or both?

Are there other reference materials beyond the avaliable in http://www.openmx-square.org/openmx_man3.8/node149.html?

I intent to use WSxM code to generate de STM images, would anyone know to say how to generate the STM images for constant-height and constant-current?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

What OpenMX calculates and stores in the cube file is a partial charge density calculated
in a specified energy window. The partial charge density can be analyzed by either
a constant-height or constant-current mode, while as long as I know, WSxM shows the
constant-height image. To analyze the constant-current image, you may need to develop
a small code.
