scf converge problem

Dear Sir :

i tried to cumpute the Silicon nanowire problem with openmx . whatever I try , the calculation was never converge .

the wire is made by silicon ( 1D infinity ) , with surface damping Oxygen .

How I should do ?

Maybe, there is a further optimum set of parameters for this system.
